Zelda Twilight Princess Arbiter's Ground... help?

I've defeated 2 poes, one of them being the "last poe" which is the one that splits into four and goes around and around you... i keep looking up guides but they always say the same things that aren't helpful! i just can't find the other 2 poes is all! i keep following this one scent that goes to a chain i have to pull, but i can't pull it, even with iron boots on. also, a scent is leading me to a covered hole thing in the ground, in the lower room where you push that pillar around... ugh it's so frickin frustrating!! can anyone help me?? please?
