Do those creams or lotions really work to remove cellulite or dimples from buns and thighs?

I know this isnt the right section, but I like you all and figured since there are so many heavier bIack women here, you all might know if those cellulite creams work? I have always been PHAT (pretty hot and thick), and I like my curves. The thing is, I do NOT like how dimpled my backside has gotten over the years. I want it round and smooth, but I cant afford surgery. Does anyone know if those creams or lotions work on da dimples? Thanks
