The history of the development of the Bible is quite well doented?

How come no one can give an answer except the Catholic Chuch Put it together. Be it in scroll form book form whatever form who was the first one besides the Catholic Church to do it before 300AD we are all following a Pagan religion if this simple question cant be traced to the first evangelicals. So who were they and their names. What were the first books letters or what ever put into the scrolls later put in book form.
