Telling a dad about your relationship! HELP!!! PLEASE!?

Okay so I wanna tell my dad about this amazing guy I am dating but I don't really know how to with him being over protective. I am thirteen and dating an amazing guy but I want to be able to have my boyfriend come over to the house and be able to meet him and be able to show pda and stuff.. any advice of how to break the news to him?
