Pacifier 911! Need advice please!!?

My little girl is 2 weeks old today and just recently started "sucking" constantly. We FINALLY got her to take a pacifier in this situation and she seems to love it... until it falls out. Then she becomes frantic and can't calm down enough for us to put the py back *in*! She shakes her head, sticks out her tongue, and SCREAMS heartbreakingly... then roots and roots and cries for it the minute we pull it back. What can I do to help her re-latch???????
