Please help really need advise 10 points to the best answer?

i really like this girl and have been going around her house alot, and she has been inviting me around hers, 3 weeks ago i went around hers on monday, tuesday, wendsday, and friday and 2 weeks she came aound mine on tuesday, and i went around hers on wensday, and she has also been coming around mine at the weekends with a freind of both ares. last weekend i gave her a necklace for christmas and she wore it when she came around to mine last monday. later that night i txt her and asked her if shed like to go to the cinemaon wensday. she didnt reply till wensday (christmas eve and said that she couldnt becuase she was busy and was cooking tomorrow for christmas) which was understandable because it was christmas. i messaged her back and said is she free after christmas she message back and said she doesnt no because she has alot of people around at varies times over christmas, anyway she txt me on saturday and said if i had got a puppy i was supposed to be getting and she also txt me on monday on replying to a message i sent her, asking her has she any ideas on what to call the dog, she replyed with some names. anyway i messaged her this morning and told her the name of the dog i had choosen. she replyed saying "thats so kwl. cnt wait 2 meet her x", i then message her back saying is she free tomorrow and how was christmas and she replyed back saying again that she has family around tomorow, and that she had flu over christmas but is better now i then replyed saying "when u free this week" she replyed saying " im not sure cz we got alot on this week" my question is that i cant seem to meet up with her, about 2 weeks ago i was seeing her loads, now she seems to be making exusses what do you think i havent seen her since last monday, and it doent seem like im gona see her this week too, i dont think she is that busy as she is on a gap year after taking alevels and has a part time 10 hour a week job, i really like her and dont no if she likes me more than friends, what do you think, im confused because, i was seeing her loads and i gave her a necklace which she put on, however when i was with her she never really fllirts with me. what do you think she likes me more than friends. and what would you do now, how would you reply to her message, i was going to ask her out next time and really just want to tell her should i just send her a txt saying that i really like her and will she go out with me, would be very grateful for answers and sorry for the question being sooo long oh and sorry for bad punctiation and spelling i was typing fast, by the way im 19 and shes 18 just to let you know
