My dog drank chlorine water from the toilet, will she be ok?

I seldom add chemicals to the tank but a few days ago I added a Chlorox tablet and my dog just lapped up some water while I was distracted. She seems ok right now but will this water seriously harm her? Do I need to rush her to the Vet? Answers please!!!
