Is Rudy Giuliani a Transvestite?

Rudy is just too comfortable and looks like he's having altogether too much fun when he dresses as a woman. Will that disqualify him from being our next President? I think people will enjoy this colorful side of him.. If he's smart he will use his crossdressing to his advantage. He can laugh at himself, and show the liberals that he's cool.
