Which is the best pet bird for me?

Hi guys, well I have 2 budgies already but my dad told me that he will buy some more birds in a few weeks and a big cage and my dad might get the birds for free! so, I want a very social bird. I can give it out of the cage time. I want it to be able to get on my finger and shoulder.
