How could one convince Macbeth to not kill the king.?

I have this project for school which requires me to write a letter to Macbeth as one of the characters that are introduced in Act 1 Scene 1-4. In this letter, I must convince Macbeth to not kill the king without actually knowing that he is going to or without changing the plot. Anyone have any ideas?!
