Are these computer specs good for gaming or not?

I would say the PSU is way under what you require. The rest of the system looks great, but I'd change the 500w PSU for something in the region of 700w +. Also not sure on Raidmax, Antec are always good reliable PSUs and they rate them by the average wattage, not what it achieved once before bursting into flames like cheaper PSus tend to do.
