About Weil Mclain QB-180 Boiler.?

I have a problem with my boiler. Every time i turn it on smoke starts to pour out and fills the rooms above. I tried cleaning the inside of the boiler and the chimney both and this problem was resolved for a few weeks and now it re-occured. Is there any way to fix this problem? Any help would be appreciated.
