1066 CPU in a 1600/1333 MOBO?

I am looking at upgrading my comp as the one I have now is like 5 years old. I want this a href="http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16813128359" rel="nofollow"http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.as…/a MOBO though, which operates off of either 1600 or 1333 meg FSB. Can I pair these two up without any problems or does the FSB on the MOBO need to match the CPU FSB to work properly? If this combo will work what speed ram should I put in it? PCXXXX DDR2,
